Meet Our Senior Leadership Team
Shauna Mogerman, MSW, LSW, Chief Executive Officer – Shauna joined Roxbury in 2011 after having worked in various hospital administration roles in the Philadelphia area. A social worker by heart, her career has allowed her the opportunity to work in many clinical capacities spanning populations and geography. As Chief Executive Officer she oversees the day-to-day operations of Roxbury but also thinks she has the unique opportunity to impact change on a larger scale. This impact is made by making decisions that improve the quality of treatment our patients receive when they are with us. Shauna also finds that working at Roxbury aligns with her personal values. She believes that what she does makes the world a better place by enhancing the lives of the patients in which we serve.
Terry Zenefski, MBA, Chief Financial Officer – Terry joined Roxbury in 2011 as the Chief Financial Officer and oversees Roxbury’s fiscal departments. He has extensive experience in the healthcare industry and considers it a priority to improve and reduce the cost of services so patients can obtain the services they need. Terry also really likes being part of a company that strives daily to improve the quality of life for those we serve. His experience ranges from working for retirement communities, long term care, HUD facilities, and other mental health and social service agencies.
Dr. Fauzia Sheikh, MD, DFAPA, Chief Medical Officer – Fauzia is a board certified psychiatrist in general and geriatric psychiatry and has been Roxbury’s Chief Medical Officer since 2007. Before coming to Roxbury she held positions with other acute hospitals in the Philadelphia area. She completed her fellowship at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia and residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York after graduating with honors from Fatima Jinnah Medical College in Pakistan. She has served on many boards and committees throughout her extensive career, including Pennsylvania Psychiatric Society and the Committee on Women Physicians. Currently she is also a consultation psychiatrist with the Dauphin County Crisis Intervention Center.
Jack Plotkin, BSN, Assistant Hospital Administrator – Jack’s service in the mental health field spans four decades and his knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders is obvious to every staff member he mentors and patient he helps. Jack sees himself as a teacher not only for our staff but for our patients as well. He prides himself in running a hospital that puts patients first.
Jennifer Brown, MS, Director of Admissions – Jenn joined Roxbury in 2007 as the Utilization Review Coordinator, and was then promoted to Director of Admissions in 2009. In this role, she oversees all admissions and utilization review operations. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, and her Masters of Science in Human Services Management from Western Maryland College.
Allison Flythe, MSW, LSW, Director of Clinical Services – Allison has been employed at Roxbury since 2007. She holds a Masters Degree in Social Work and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Social Worker. She has practiced in the field since 2001 on an inpatient and outpatient level working with children, adolescents, and adults.
Sebrina Frink, RN, MSN, MHA, Director of Nursing – Sebrina has been in the nursing field for 24 years, holding a variety of leadership roles in behavioral health, medical surgical, geropsychiatric, AIDS hospice and long term care. Sebrina oversees and directs Roxbury’s nursing department and day-to-day nursing operations. With her skills, knowledge, and level of excellence she is a tremendous asset to the leadership team.
Christina Kamau, MBA, Director of Business Development – Christina has been working for Roxbury since 2004 and oversees the marketing department and all aspects of public relations. She knows change is possible and believes strongly in an individual’s ability to make positive changes in their life. As a result, she finds connecting patients with Roxbury services a way to help patient’s access care that will help them pursue positive change and aide in achieving their goals.
Pamela McMullen, MS, LPC, CAC, CCMHC, Director of Outpatient Services – Pam began her professional career as a psychotherapist at a community mental health agency and has over 20 years’ experience providing direct patient care. She joined Roxbury in 2001 and oversees both our Chambersburg and Carlisle Outpatient Services locations. Pam enjoys being exposed to new challenges and promoting positive change in the lives of others. Often our clients come to us with what they perceive as insurmountable problems and Pam’s interventions help them regain the focus needed to begin getting their lives on track.
Mike Pendleton, Director of Plant Operations- Mike has been a long term employee of Roxbury as he joined the team in 2004. He oversees not only the physical plant operations, but the dietary department and the housekeeping department. Mike’s main priority and goal is that our patients have a safe and clean environment along with nutritious meals and snacks. He also prides himself in ensuring the treatment environments are conducive to recovery and good care.
Terri Pendleton, Director of Human Resources – Terri has been with Roxbury since 2004 and enjoys working for a company that makes a difference in patients’ lives and the community. She brings in-depth knowledge of human resources in the areas of talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance and staff development. It is her goal to employ staff members who are compassionate and competent in helping our patients on their road to recovery.
Elizabeth Stevens, MS, EdS, Director of Performance Improvement – Beth has been employed with Roxbury since 2007 and has held various roles during her time. All aspects of every position she held ultimately lead to one important goal – ensuring that patients receive care of the highest quality. Beth believes that her role in Performance Improvement affords her the opportunity to work with staff members from every department in a collaborative way to promote positive change. Our patients deserve the best treatment we can provide and that is what motivates her every day.
Amanda Wagner, Risk Manager, Privacy Officer, and Patient Safety Officer – Amanda joined the Roxbury family in 2007 as a nurse on our acute psychiatric unit. In 2010 she was promoted to her current position as Risk Manager where she is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe environment for all of our patients. Amanda strongly believes that everyone deserves care, respect, and love when faced with crises. She also believes that patient safety creates a positive healing experience for all our patients and is one of the most important things we do.
