Patient Satisfaction Survey Results

All patients completing treatment participate in a patient satisfaction survey. The survey includes 14 different questions regarding the care they received at Roxbury mental health clinic. The results are trended from month to month and are used to improve the quality of patient care.

Each question is rated on a scale of 1 thru 5
(1 – Poor, 2 – Fair, 3 – Good, 4 – Very Good, and 5 – Excellent).
