Meet Our Senior Leadership Team
Shauna Mogerman, MSW, LSW, Chief Executive Officer – Shauna joined Roxbury in 2011, after having worked in various hospital administration roles in the Philadelphia area and for a brief time as the interim Clinical Director at Roxbury in 2009. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Temple University and is a licensed social worker in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Her career has allowed her the opportunity to work in a direct care capacity with women and children of abuse; lesbian/gay/bisexual/transgender/questioning youth; children, adolescents and adults with various substance abuse and mental health issues in residential, inpatient and outpatient settings. Currently, in her role as the Chief Executive Officer she has oversight for the day-to-day operations of Roxbury Treatment Center.
Jack Plotkin, BSN, Assistant Hospital Administrator -Jack’s service in the mental health field spans four decades ranging from crisis and direct care to management. Jack graduated with as Associate’s in Nursing from Bucks County Community College before getting his Bachelor’s in Nursing from The University of Delaware. He also holds a board certification in Mental Health Nursing.
Dr. Fauzia Sheikh, MD, DFAPA, Chief Medical Officer – Fauzia is a board certified psychiatrist in general and geriatric psychiatry and has been Roxbury’s Chief Medical Officer since 2007. Before coming to Roxbury she held positions with other acute hospitals in the Philadelphia area. She completed her fellowship at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia and residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York after graduating with honors from Fatima Jinnah Medical College in Pakistan. She has served on many boards and committees throughout her extensive career, including Pennsylvania Psychiatric Society and the Committee on Women Physicians. Currently she is a consultation psychiatrist with the Dauphin County Crisis Intervention Center.
Terry Zenefski, MBA, Chief Financial Officer – Terry joined Roxbury in 2011 as the Chief Financial Officer and oversees Roxbury’s business office. He has extensive experience in the healthcare industry including Retirement Communities, Long Term Care, HUD Facilities, Mental Health, Social Services, and Educational Programs. He received his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Shippensburg University.
Christina Sledzinski, MBA, Director of Business Development – Christina has been employed with Roxbury since 2004. She leads a marketing team of 3 Community Relations Representatives who handle the marketing activities for the facility. This includes scheduling staff meetings with agencies who are interested in learning more about Roxbury’s programs, hosting tours for parties interested in visiting the facility, and addressing customer feedback.
Elizabeth Stevens, MS, EdS, Director of Performance Improvement – Beth has been employed with Roxbury since 2007 starting as an Admissions Counselor. She was promoted to Clinical Supervisor in 2011 to oversee the Substance Abuse Clinical staff; and in 2016 was promoted to her current role in Performance Improvement. Beth graduated from the University of North Carolina with a Masters in Community and Marriage/Family Counseling.
Jennifer Brown, MS, Director of Admissions – Jenn joined Roxbury in 2007 as the Utilization Review Coordinator, and was then promoted to Director of Admissions in 2009. In this role, she oversees all admissions and utilization review operations. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, and her Masters of Science in Human Services Management from Western Maryland College.
Allison Flythe, MSW, LSW, Director of Clinical Services – Allison has been employed at Roxbury since 2007. She holds a Masters Degree in Social Work and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Social Worker. She has practiced in the field since 2001 on an inpatient and outpatient level working with children, adolescents, and adults.
Sebrina Frink, RN, MSN, MHA, Director of Nursing – Sebrina has been in the nursing field for 24 years, holding a variety of leadership roles in behavioral health, medical surgical, geropsychiatric, AIDS hospice and long term care. Sebrina oversees and directs Roxbury’s nursing department and day-to-day nursing operations. With her skills, knowledge, and level of excellence she is a tremendous asset to the leadership team.
Pamela McMullen, MS, LPC, CAC, CCMHC, Director of Outpatient Services – Pam began her professional career as a psychotherapist at a community mental health agency and has over 20 years experience providing direct patient care. She joined Roxbury in 2001. In her current position, Pam is responsible for the ongoing operations of Roxbury’s Outpatient Programming. She has a Masters Degree in Counseling and is credentialed as a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Addictions Counselor, and a Certified Mental Health Counselor.
Terri Pendleton, Director of Human Resources – Terri has been with Roxbury since 2004. She brings in-depth knowledge of human resources in the areas of talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance and staff development. Terri has over 20 years of human relations experience in both medical and manufacturing facilities. She studied Human Resource Management at Capella University and is currently pursuing her PHR certification.
Amanda Wagner, Risk Manager, Privacy Officer, and Patient Safety Officer – Amanda joined Roxbury in 2007 as a nurse on the Psychiatric Unit. In 2010 she was promoted to her current position as Risk Manager where she is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe environment for all of our patients. In addition she is the facility Privacy Officer and is responsible for HIPAA compliance and reporting.
